AFROCLOSET RETURN POLICY

At Afrocloset, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below:

1. Return Timeframe

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. Items need to be received within the 15 days to Qualify for a Full Refund Less processing and Delivery fee.

Items that arrive after 15 days will receive a Partial refund plus Less Processing and Delivery fee.

 

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please ensure that the product has not been worn, damaged, or altered in any way. Clothing items with perfume smell or body odour on it will not be accepted by Afrocloset.

Please ensure the receipt of your item is also returned for easy identification and refund processing. You can find your Printed receipt inside your package.

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Contact Afrocloset Admin on info@afrocloset.com.au or Instagram DM (@shop.afrocloset)

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

- Once your return is approved, send your items to

Address: 80 Skipton Lane Prestons NSW 2170, C/O Afrocloset.

 

4. Customer Processed Returns

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us securely.

 

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is processed and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Refunds will be less the original delivery fees paid and less handling fees as these are handled by a third party and non-refundable.

If you requested an exchange, your new item will be shipped as soon as possible. Exchange will be for another item of equal value as the original item.

 

6. Exclusions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
